Punishments for denying a Djinn or Genie it's human life or incarnation - 

Probing with various objects.

Transferal of property or business ownership to more suitable and capable owner

Relocation of a people to a more suitable environment where they can function at optimal levels, even if it is for punishment, which would be the opposite

If jail, fines or a moral sit down doesn't work, try slapping really hard or a repetative slapping experience over a certain amount of time

If unable to move, poke with a stick untill creature moves, if need be try nice aproach and bride with food or other goods 

If said Genie cannot exersize it's birth powers and abilities, the humans within 3-6* degrees of separation should have their eyes gouged out, tounge's cut out and or be delimbed so as the be the equivalent or at least have all the technology and home and cars and goods taken or very limited.

Should a human approach a Djinn wanting something, such as a wish or healing, they will need first to make it to them without harm, possibly contact and get permision and then while escorted offer a gift or most likely money for said service, once permission is granted by the Genie itself.

If you throw words from a bible or religeous text at the Genie, your bible or book will be taken and burned infront of you and you will not be able to attain another.

If a Genie cannot clothed or feed itself and enjoy it's earthly existence due to inteferance from humans' and if it cannot be provided or the opportunaty to get those itself, again the human's directly responsible within 6* of any contact should themselves be isolated and denied opportunaties of those thing and if they have those things already, transfered to the Djinn they have offended instead, and also the possibility to serve as a slave to the djinn or a member of it's police force.

If you have knowledge that belongs to the Djinn, that knowledge can be used against them and other humans as to harm or deny certain things, so those people will need to be monitered for illegal uses of such knowledge, there are IF given that knowledge (weather bought or earned or given) rules for it's use in society, towards other humans and especially the Djinn, weather incarnated, still alive or in a more darker gasious substance.

Since the Race of Genie are telepathic, if you have tried to connect and attack and offend the genie by using black speech(telepathy) you can then have it used on u for punishment by the Djinn or by a trained justice keeper.

The Genie, being more important, first here and the parent of the human race, and also the very species responsible for granting the gifts or fire and food and building and technology and politics and so on to the human race, need to be better of monetary and with especially luxury, as they are a NATURALLY     more animalistic and indulgent race. That also implies a need for blood, if you cannot provide at least a blood meat from an animal, there needs to be another solution as it is a physical need for survival and thought.
